Use of the app
NiyamPay is a manual personal-finance tracker and calculator for individuals in India. It is not a bank, lender, broker, collection agency, investment adviser or Account Aggregator. It does not arrange credit, execute payments or transactions, hold funds, access a bank account, sell financial products, or provide personalised investment recommendations.
Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms. By creating or continuing to use an account, you confirm that eligibility and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy version shown to you. If you do not agree, do not create or continue using an account.
Your inputs
Projections depend entirely on the balances, rates, EMIs and tenures you enter. Always confirm amounts, dates, charges and payment allocation against your lender's statement before making a payment decision. You are responsible for keeping your records accurate and for protecting your account credentials.
Permitted use
Use NiyamPay only for your own lawful planning. Do not enter another person's financial information without authority, probe or disrupt the service, bypass access controls, or use the application to make decisions for clients or offer regulated financial services. Do not enter bank passwords, OTPs, full card numbers, CVVs, PAN or Aadhaar.
Availability and changes
Features, calculations and availability can change as the product is maintained. Export your records if you need an independent copy. Material changes to these Terms will be posted with an updated date and signalled in the app; continued use may require a new confirmation.
Limits and your legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NiyamPay is not responsible for late fees, penalties, credit score changes or financial loss caused by inaccurate inputs, missed reminders or reliance on an estimate. Payment reminders are best-effort and should not be your only safeguard. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
